Job summary

Excelion Partners, a leading global equipment manufacturer, seeks a Fluids Engineer to lead fluid circuit design, system sizing, and engineering calculations for heavy industrial automation. You will design hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, select components, size power units and piping networks, and perform flow and dynamics analyses.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) and 4+ years in fluid power, with AutoCAD proficiency and US work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in fluid power systems and hydraulic circuit design for heavy industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
• Strong knowledge of system sizing and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).

Responsibilities

• Design hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, piping diagrams, and valve panel assemblies.
• Select components and size hydraulic power units, valves, and piping networks.
• Perform fluid flow, pressure drop, and system dynamics calculations.
• Develop technical specifications and installation documentation.
