REI Co-op is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Marketing Technology team to lead a skilled group of engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work with stakeholders and product managers to build scalable content, adtech, and SEO solutions that support REI’s digital experience strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or business, or equivalent training and experience.
- 5+ years leading software or systems development teams.
- 5+ years experience in software development and IT project delivery.
- Experience with Marketing Technology domains including Content Supply Chain, AdTech, or SEO.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a staff engineering team to deliver marketing technology solutions.
- Partner with product management, QA, and ops to accelerate value delivery.
- Define technical roadmap, modernization and AI-enabled practices.
- Ensure quality standards, performance, and reliability across platforms.
