Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams in a complex tech environment.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms, CRM, customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of modern architectures, APIs, cloud services and software delivery practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers focused on Marketing Technology platforms, integrations, and digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Digital Commerce, Product, and Technology stakeholders to prioritize work and align with business objectives.
