Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for software and technology solutions tailored to the marine industry.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and engineers globally to define scope and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets; monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, providing status, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues proactively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and teamwork.
• Manage test engineering team
