Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 3 years of full stack development across backend (Java, Python, Golang, C++) and frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned to company goals.
• Establish expectations and provide performance coaching.
• Develop mid-term technical goals and roadmaps for one or more teams.
• Design and review system architectures and code.
• Provide code feedback to ensure quality and best practices.
