Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 3 years of frontend/UI development experience.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate team priorities aligning with broader goals.
• Set expectations with individuals based on level/role; provide feedback and coaching.
• Develop mid-term technical goals and roadmaps for one or more teams; adapt roadmap as needed.
• Design, guide and review system designs; write code to solve ambiguous problems.
• Review others' code to ensure best practices, testing, and efficiency.
