Qualifications

• Doctorate with 4+ years in manufacturing/packaging/quality in pharma/biotech.
• Master’s with 8+ years in the same domains.
• Bachelor’s with 10+ years in manufacturing/packaging/quality.
• At least 4 years of direct people management or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the engineering and maintenance teams.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance across operations.
• Oversee capital projects and equipment reliability.
• Develop KPIs, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Prepare and present plans to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Amgen networks.
