The role requires 8+ years in engineering or maintenance within manufacturing, budget ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree is an asset but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance & Engineering organization to safety and reliability.
• Oversee capital projects from concept through commissioning.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and parts management.
