Four Seasons is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance of multiple locations, including HVAC, life safety systems, and grounds. The role requires leadership of a facilities team, coordination of preventive maintenance, and collaboration with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure safe, clean, and compliant sites.

Responsibilities include budget management, vendor coordination, and after-hours on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; courses related to facility maintenance preferred.
• Minimum five years general maintenance experience and three years facilities management experience.
• Healthcare setting experience and leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance; licensed tradesman preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain facilities, buildings, grounds, and parking, including HVAC, life safety, and utilities.
• Lead facilities team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and supervise contractors.
• Manage facilities budget and expenditures; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and coordinate repairs.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure supplies and services meet needs.
