Qualifications

• 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and stakeholders to plan, prioritize and deliver customer-impacting initiatives.
• Track record of hiring, mentoring, and performance-managing engineers across levels.

Responsibilities

• People leadership: Hire, mentor, and grow a mixed‑level team with clear goals and regular feedback.
• Own delivery planning and execution, including risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Developer velocity: Own SDLC and CI/CD governance, shorten feedback loops, streamline releases, and reduce engineering toil.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to build a product that our customers love.
• Ensure work is aligned with product strategy and customer outcomes.
• Set and evolve team‑level technical direction in alignment with broader architecture.
• Build a strong feedback culture focused on ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Effectively collaborate with Product and other stakeholders to drive decisions and execution.
