• Own engineering execution for product initiatives with clear delivery plans.
• Provide technical direction ensuring quality and non-functional requirements.
• Lead cross-team collaboration balancing speed, quality, and sustainability.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers for a high-performing team.
• Govern engineering standards, processes, and release readiness.
• Plan staffing, capacity, and delivery milestones with stakeholders.
• Own backlog health, agile ceremonies, and delivery rhythm.
• Set technical direction and ensure maintainable solution design.
• Oversee API design, integration contracts, and interface quality.
• Govern non-functional requirements, testing strategy, and quality gates.
• Drive production excellence, KPI reviews, and debt paydown.
