You will translate product strategy into clear delivery plans, hire and develop engineers, and partner with Product Management to deliver customer-focused software and measurable business outcomes.

You will own the engineering governance, drive standardized processes, manage backlog, and oversee non-functional requirements, release readiness, and production excellence

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Mentoring software developers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering governance and ensure goals, scope, and funding guardrails are translated into actionable plans.
• Lead staffing and capacity planning to meet delivery commitments.
