Job summary

As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of software engineers responsible for designing, building, and operating high-quality software and guide technical decisions while supporting career development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineers and teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to guide architecture and code reviews while remaining technically engaged.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools.
• Experience with web applications, backend services, APIs, distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers through regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback, goal setting, and performance management.
• Partner with Senior and Staff Engineers to guide technical decisions, architecture, and implementation.
• Own the team’s delivery of high-quality software, balancing priorities and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to align priorities and deliver solutions.
• Mentor engineers, drive continuous improvement, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
