The role combines people leadership with delivery responsibility, partnering with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders. The candidate should grow the team, uphold engineering best practices, and contribute to modernization while staying hands-on with code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of technical leadership, supervisory, team lead, or management experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of architecture, SDLC, Agile, and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers.
• Manage execution and delivery of software initiatives and modernization efforts.
• Partner with Product Management to set priorities, roadmaps, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and quality expectations.
• Monitor capacity, sprint execution, and delivery metrics; address blockers and risks.
