Wisconsin Converting, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead Maintenance and Machine Set Up teams, drive improvements in reliability and efficiency, and develop staff through accountability and coaching.

The role applies an engineering mindset to reduce downtime, identify root causes, and implement sustainable maintenance practices across the plant. Strong leadership and Lean methods are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing or related operations.
• Experience improving processes, equipment reliability, production efficiency, or maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance practices.
• Experience with paper converting, printing, or similar equipment preferred.

• Lead Maintenance and Machine Set Up teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Improve equipment reliability, machine performance, and production efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance activities, setups, troubleshooting, and projects to minimize downtime.
• Analyze downtime, maintenance metrics, and changeover efficiency for improvements.
• Use Epicor ERP, AI, automation, and other technologies to enhance planning and reporting.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and standardized procedures.
