Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships/co-ops count).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets.
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and communication across diverse teams.
Willingness to relocate and travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation of complex control systems and AI/ML solutions.
Oversee mechanical design, prototyping, and integration of advanced manufacturing equipment.
Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and specs.
Guide packaging, material conversion, and high-speed equipment development.
Own technical leadership and adoption of digital solutions across centers and plants.
