Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Willingness to relocate; travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical excellence and strategic projects within technical centers and plants.
• Drive design, development, and implementation of complex control systems and automation.
• Oversee mechanical design, prototyping, and process development.
• Guide instrumentation, metrology, and robotics engineering initiatives.
• Build long-term technical capability with emphasis on HS&E/Quality.
