Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Manager.
• 5+ years hands-on as a Software Engineer or Technical Leader.
• Expert in one or more software stacks; C# is a plus.
• Proficient in Multi Cloud Development (Azure a plus).
• Emphasizes testing and unit tests.
• Design RESTful APIs and architect scalable systems.
• Familiar with design patterns and microservices.
• Familiar with DevOps practices (CI/CD, pipelines) with Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with high-volume distributed systems.
• Experience with scripting languages.
• Strong PM and interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: lead from the front, mentor engineers, and hire top talent.
• Team Management: oversee an engineering organization of 10+ teammates and allocate resources.
