Scott Equipment Co is hiring an Engineering Manager to join the Bin Panel team in New Prague, MN. You will lead the engineering group, oversee design projects, and coordinate with sales and production to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience using CAE and CAD systems in equipment design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Advise and lead the Bin Panel Engineering department in design and project management.
• Review project files and allocate tasks to team members.
• Develop and approve overall customer drawings and ensure shop readiness.
