Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with related experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks and CAD/CAE systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advises and assists the Bin Panel Engineering department in design and project management.
• Reviews project files, sales quotations and assigns tasks to team members; verifies specifications.
• Develops and reviews drawings for customer review and release to shop.
• Provides guidance and direction within the Engineering Department and mentors staff.
• Sets department goals with ownership and ensures execution.
• Maintains policies, standards and procedures for the department.
• Keeps up with innovations and new products in the field.
• Represents the company professionally with customers and internal teams.
