The role requires mechanical design experience with CAD tools, strong communication, and the ability to drive projects from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in mechanical design or engineering field.
• Experience with CAE/CAD tools and mechanical design standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Obtains job sheet from sales quotation and prepares preliminary drawings based on quote specifications.
• Conducts project meetings with sales and customers to confirm expectations and design elements.
• Performs quality audits and resolves production challenges to meet specs.
• Prepares equipment documentation including parts lists and maintenance plans.
• Develops new equipment designs and improvements to expand the product line.
