Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and direct employees.
• Experience supervising teams and managing department activities.
• Strong planning and budgeting skills with resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and direct Engineering Group and Reliability Departments daily.
• Manage capital projects to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Establish yearly plant budgets with Building and Systems Maintenance.
• Review downtime and efficiency to drive productivity.
• Oversee upgrades, new systems, and construction projects.
• Conduct performance reviews and recommend raises for staff.
