Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Manager Engineering 2 to lead the engineering team responsible for manufacturing Test Engineering support. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM with 8+ years of experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Experience leading teams or projects.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with database queries techniques.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing Test Engineering support for the systems factory.
• Test procedures development and maintenance over manufacturing test operations.
• Continuing process improvement based on data driven metrics.
• Interface with and build relationships across organizations in Salt Lake City, Woodland Hills and other NGC sites.
• Organization representative to program office and external customer as needed.
• Supervise a team of engineers including performance evaluations, goal setting, and developing a strategic vision for the team.
