Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in product management, marketing, engineering, operations, or related business functions.
• Experience in a customer experience or sales account management role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Align customer needs to current and future product offerings, features, and requests.
• Provide on-site support for in-line operations, including MDIs, to drive daily improvements.
• Drive new product development launches through gate process and startup to meet MRD.
• Support strategy development and go-to-market plans to drive growth.
• Provide day-to-day support to Portfolio Leadership and Product Support teams.
• Plan and support customer witness testing events for demonstrations and compliance.
• Develop and maintain product literature, catalogs, brochures, and guides.
• Serve as primary contact for Quality to investigate issues and drive improvements.
• Support pricing management to aid competitiveness and margins.
• Participate in customer site visits to gather insights and build relationships.
