Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance team and the facilities of the property. You will develop strategies to maximize financial performance while ensuring compliance with energy conservation programs and all regulatory requirements.

You will mentor engineering staff, manage budget forecasting, capital planning, and coordinate safety procedures with Fire Safety & Emergency Evacuation Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical school diploma with 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Hospitality/hotel industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements relating to hotels and chemical storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance of the hotel and F&B facilities and building systems.
• Develop strategies to maximize financial performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budget forecasting, capital planning, and safety program coordination.
