Job summary

Starwood Hotels invites an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee facilities at our Miami Beach property. You will shape maintenance strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all hotel systems.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or technical training and at least two years in an engineering management role, with hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical school with 2+ years in engineering management.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• OSHA knowledge related to hotel operations and chemical storage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
