The RealReal is seeking a technical leader to guide a team of engineers building the systems that power our customer experience. You will drive scalable, reliable services across our commerce platform and collaborate with product, ML, and marketing to enable international capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, oversee Ruby on Rails and Elixir cores, and foster a culture of continuous learning and performance optimization to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing distributed, cloud-native systems at scale.
• Collaborates with machine learning teams.
• Strong relational DB knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities
