Job summary
SPIROL, headquartered in Danielson, CT, seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to provide strategic leadership for our global Application and Design engineering function. This senior role shapes engineering processes, standards, and technical direction across the organization, guiding technology, structure and change management initiatives on-site at our headquarters.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
- 5–10 years in technical management leading engineering teams.
- Experience with IATF Core Tools/APQP.
- Experience in automotive/aerospace/heavy equipment/medical industries.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and deliver corporate engineering services.
- Ensure a disciplined design and project management process from design through to manufacturing.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, marketing and quality personnel for the transfer of technologies from development to practical application.
