Job summary

SPIROL is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and scalability across our global operations. This on-site role is based at our headquarters in Northeastern Connecticut and partners with IT, manufacturing, engineering, finance and sales to ensure projects are on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business and 5+ years of project management experience, with knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of IT/project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/QMS or digital transformation projects.
• PM methodologies: Agile, Waterfall or hybrid.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of IT projects across global business units.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources; mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align with goals.
• Oversee implementations and integrations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports and communications.
• Coordinate resources including vendors and consultants to hit objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools and methodologies.
