Job summary
Capital Group in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of its Contact Center platform built on Genesys Cloud and AWS. You will manage a team of engineers, partner with Product Management, Security, and Vendors to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
You will coach and develop engineers, uphold engineering norms, and drive modernization, reliability, and performance improvements across complex programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or technology delivery experience.
- Deep expertise in Genesys Cloud CX, AWS technologies, and CCaaS transformations.
- Proven track record translating business objectives into technical roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and delivery of Contact Center initiatives, platform enhancements and modernization.
- Establish engineering practices, quality standards, and delivery controls.
- Provide technical leadership across solution design with Product Management and Architecture.
- Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentoring, and career development.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and oversee third-party deliveries.
- Drive automation and modern engineering practices to improve reliability and efficiency.
