Job summary

Finom is seeking an engineering leader to guide a cross-functional team of 5–10 engineers delivering products that provide real value to hundreds of thousands of businesses across Europe. This role focuses on balancing feature delivery with technical debt and ensuring scalable architectures across our platforms.

You will drive predictable delivery by partnering with Product and Design, and by clearly communicating priorities, risks, and constraints to stakeholders.
