Job description

• You’ll lead two squads and mentor 11 engineers, focusing on sustainable delivery and product impact.
• You’ll stay technically engaged in architecture discussions, specs, and engineering decisions.

• Strong execution practices: weekly goals, spec reviews, visibility, timeline discipline.
