Qualifications

• 12+ years engineering with progression into leadership.
• Experience leading a distributed team with agile delivery and external partner collaboration.
• Technical depth in backend systems, financial infrastructure or complex integrations.
• Track record of scaling teams from 10-15 to 30+ people.
• SOC 2 attainment experience highly valued.
• Financial services or fintech experience a bonus; crypto curiosity welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across external protocol commitments and internal product roadmap.
• Lead planning, standups, reviews and retrospectives across a distributed team in Europe, Australia and Argentina.
• Coordinate engineers, quants and analysts, managing dependencies and external partners.
• Write and implement engineering SOPs including SOC 2 preparation.
• Develop people through coaching, feedback and career development.
