Job summary

Plexus Resource Solutions Ltd. is partnering with a growing fintech/payments-focused company at the intersection of Web3 and payments to hire a Senior DevOps Engineer. You will own the infrastructure, deployment pipelines and security tooling.

You'll work autonomously, taking ownership from 0 to 1, building cloud environments on AWS and Terraform, and advancing DevSecOps practices while integrating AI tools where useful.

Senior DevOps Engineer

Europe – Fully remote

The Role:

Plexus has partnered with a growing, product-led company operating at the intersection of Web3 and payments.

They are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of their infrastructure and DevOps function, building and improving cloud environments, deployment pipelines and security tooling. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership from 0-1.

The requirements:

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong experience with Terraform and AWS, alongside tools such as Cloudflare, Fireblocks and Google Workspace.

• DevOps & CI/CD: Good understanding of DevOps practices, infrastructure setups, GitHub workflows and building reliable deployment pipelines.

• Ownership: Able to work independently, identify improvements and propose solutions rather than simply highlighting problems.

• DevSecOps: Experience building secure pipelines and implementing security tooling is a plus.

• AI: Practical experience using AI tools within development and infrastructure workflows is beneficial.

• Background: Experience within fintech, payments or crypto is preferred.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be the sole DevOps specialist, reporting directly to senior leadership and taking ownership of the function with the autonomy to shape and improve the infrastructure.
