Robinhood is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team building the Credit Cards & Banking experiences. You will partner with product, design, data, compliance, operations, and other engineering teams to define the roadmap, make sound technical decisions, and deliver high-impact products at scale.

You will hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring execution quality, reliability, and customer trust across mobile, frontend, and backend systems.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in people management.
• Experience leading customer-facing products at scale.
• Strong technical judgment and architecture collaboration.
• Experience with complex distributed systems and backend services.
• Proven track record of cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
• Experience coaching engineers and driving career growth.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical partners.
• High standards for execution, product quality, and team building.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of software engineers in Robinhood’s Credit Cards & Banking product area.
• Set clear direction across execution, technical design, and people development.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver high-impact experiences.
• Drive the architecture, execution, and operational excellence needed to build reliable, scalable card and banking systems.
• Guide engineering decisions across product surfaces, backend services, and platform dependencies.
• Hire exceptional engineers and raise the bar on talent, performance, and craftsmanship.
• Improve team health and effectiveness through planning, feedback, and career development.
• Help the team move quickly while maintaining high standards for quality and trust.
