Robinhood’s international engineering team is expanding to support millions of new customers worldwide. As Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of software developers to drive international launch initiatives, shaping the architecture and execution required to introduce crypto and other financial products to new regions.
You will recruit, mentor, and support engineers while collaborating with product, compliance, and design to deliver reliable, scalable software.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Proven experience shipping complex products from concept to launch.
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems for reliability and performance.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and business partners.
- Experience mentoring and developing engineers.
Responsabilités
- Lead and develop your team of developers with clear goals and growth plans.
- Define technical direction and align with product managers and partner teams to scale international products.
- Ensure backend services and localized products are highly available, performant, and secure.
