The role emphasizes scalable, data-driven engagement, developer enablement, and collaboration with global stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in software development.
• At least 2 years of people management.
• Ability to mentor multiple teams and managers.
• Experience delivering internal business apps and scalable services.
• Strong communication and cross-group collaboration.
• Experience with agile development practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
