Job summary

Sony Engagement Platform Services (SEPS) in Los Angeles seeks a Manager of Software Engineering to lead a high-performing team responsible for integrating and deploying Sony’s Engagement Platform across business units. You will drive full-stack development, scale teams, and ensure platform excellence.

You will mentor engineers, champion Agile practices, and collaborate with product managers and global teams to align strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in software development with at least 2 years in people management.
• Experience leading multiple teams or a large team with mentoring responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead internal apps and high-availability services, and to influence technical decisions.
