Job summary

Sony Corporation’s SEPS team is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a high-performing group of engineers responsible for integrating and deploying Sony’s Engagement Platform across multiple business units.

You will guide full-stack delivery and foster engineering excellence in a distributed environment, collaborating with global stakeholders across Sony Electronics, Sony Pictures, Sony Sports, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in software development
• At least 2 years of people management experience
• Experience delivering internal business applications and highly available services
• Strong communication, cross-group collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance priorities across multiple projects
• Experience with agile development practices emphasizing continuous improvement
