Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Direct Supervisory experience and staff leadership.
• Systems/controls/embedded software development experience.
• Experience with NPI, New Technology Introduction, Continuous Product Improvement, and software validation.
• Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to relate complex technical topics to business objectives.
• Ability to work in a diverse global team environment.
• Deep expertise in machine electronic systems engineering, providing technical leadership in system architecture, controls, integration, and product development.
• Drives excellence in requirements management, design quality, validation, reliability, functional safety, cybersecurity, and product performance through strong systems thinking, technical decision-making, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing, coaching, mentoring, performance management and career development.
• Lead an organization of 10–25 engineers, ensuring alignment to priorities and execution across multiple product platforms.
• Drive NPI, lifecycle management, and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver high-quality electronic systems and software aligned with machine development programs.
