Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or higher education with extensive experience.
• Strong root-cause analysis, technical judgment, and leadership across multiple functions.
• Experience with Verilog/VHDL and FPGA/digital hardware integration.
• Clear ability to translate strategy into priorities and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and production support for FPGA and digital hardware systems.
• Set vision, staffing plans, and execution priorities for the hardware team.
• Coordinate lab resources, tools, and cross-functional support for programs.
• Direct cost/schedule performance and review key technical decisions.
• Guide the full design lifecycle from requirements through production.
• Mentor engineers, build technical bench, and align assignments with program needs.
