Job summary

Elliptic is seeking a senior people leader to guide two critical functions—DevOps and the AI Platform—responsible for scalable, cost‑effective, and reliable infrastructure that supports billions in crypto screening weekly.

You will build and mentor a ~12‑engineer team, set the operating model, champion SRE practices, and drive the center of excellence for AI agents across product teams, with a focus on growth and responsible AI usage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or building DevOps, platform or infrastructure teams.
• Strong infrastructure background: cloud, IaC, CI/CD, observability.
• Interest in AI, agents and evaluations with potential for growth in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow two functions: DevOps and AI Platform, including hiring, leveling, coaching, and career development for about a dozen engineers.
• Set strategy and operating model for DevOps: release safety, developer experience, observability, cost, and latency‑sensitive scalability.
• Lead the AI Platform as a centre of excellence, owning agent frameworks, MCP management, evaluation capability, and shared infra.
