Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of work experience in a leadership role.
• Experience presenting technical and financial business cases to senior management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relations in large networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering managers and staff to achieve performance and behavior objectives within the function
• Engage cross-functionally with department leadership and vendors to advance major initiatives and resolve operational issues
• Contribute to budget development and allocate resources to meet financial objectives within the area
• Develop and approve network design documents for new systems and features deployment
• Ensure development and execution of test plans for major releases and key features following engineering best practices
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
