Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management or technical leadership.
• Strong backend software engineering background.
• Experience with cloud-native development environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience improving software development workflows and engineering productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team focused on developer enablement and platform capabilities.
• Improve software development, testing, deployment, and operational workflows.
• Create scalable internal tools and platforms that improve engineering efficiency.
• Drive initiatives focused on automation, reliability, observability, and software quality.
• Partner with engineering leaders to identify and eliminate development bottlenecks.
• Establish standards across CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and infrastructure automation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies that improve developer effectiveness and engineering velocity.
• Lead major platform initiatives from planning and architecture through production deployment.
• Mentor engineers and support technical and professional growth.
• Help define the long-term strategy for engineering enablement and platform investment.
