Job DescriptionA growing healthcare technology company is seeking an Engineering Manager, Developer Enablement to lead a team focused on engineering productivity, platform capabilities, software delivery automation, and development experience improvements.

The organization builds cloud-based technology solutions that help healthcare providers, patients, and operations teams work more efficiently. As the engineering organization continues to expand, leadership is investing in the tools, platforms, and processes that enable developers to deliver high-quality software quickly, reliably, and securely.

This role combines technical leadership with people management. You will oversee engineers responsible for internal platforms, infrastructure automation, development workflows, and engineering tooling while helping shape the future of software delivery across the organization.
