- 5+ years in software engineering management.
- Experience leading distributed or offshore teams.
- Strong .NET / C# background.
- Experience with microservices architectures.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead two engineering teams totaling ~20 engineers.
- Drive engineering execution, planning and delivery.
- Participate in architecture and system design reviews.
- Coach engineers and technical leads.
- Improve software quality and development practices.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership.
