Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking an Engineering Manager, Deployment to lead a global deployment team delivering HPC and GPU AI infrastructure. You will manage people, processes, and delivery across multiple sites, ensuring tight alignment with Network Deployment leadership and strategic goals.

You will champion automation, drive standardization, and collaborate with Data Center Ops, Supply Chain, and Site Reliability teams to deliver scalable, efficient turn‑ups at hyperscale pace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 6+ years in network engineering or data center deployment.
• 2+ years in people management for large-scale infra teams.
• Proven leadership across multiple sites/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment teams across sites and time zones.
• Drive automation adoption: ZTP, Ansible, CI/CD for turn-up.
• Ensure on-time, zero-defect delivery of site builds.
• Manage vendor and partner performance with SLAs.
• Provide risk reporting to Ops and Architecture leadership.
• Coach engineers to grow technical and leadership skills.
• Contribute to deployment standards and planning discussions.
• Capture field feedback to evolve standards.
