Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager, Deployment to lead a global deployment team delivering HPC and GPU-based AI infrastructure. You will manage people, process, and delivery across sites, drive automation across provisioning, configuration, and CI/CD pipelines, and ensure on-time, high-quality site turn-ups.

You will coach engineers, align with operations leadership, and contribute to capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives across frontend and backend

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in network engineering or data center deployment with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects across sites and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a deployment team across sites, managing structure, growth, and staffing.
• Drive automation adoption with ZTP provisioning, Ansible configs, and CI/CD.
• Deliver on-time, zero-defect builds and manage program cadence.
• Develop and enforce deployment standards with cross-functional partners.
• Provide program reporting and risk escalation to leadership.
• Coach engineers and develop team capabilities.
