Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Deployment Automation Engineer for the Compute Team to automate deployment, testing, and orchestration of large-scale GPU clusters across our AI Cloud. You will build CI/CD infrastructure and ensure reliable releases across datacenters.

You will design validation tests, manage bare-metal Linux configurations, and develop automation frameworks in Python or Go to scale multi-node environments and maintain performance isolation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in deployment automation and testing.
• Experience building automated integration testing for low-level Linux systems.
• Proven track record deploying microservice apps end-to-end in distributed cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud resource abstraction in IaaS environments.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop deployment and testing automation for large-scale GPU clusters.
• Build CI/CD platforms to enable rapid testing and deployment across datacenters.
• Design and run multi-node scaling validation for GPU workloads.
• Maintain bare-metal Linux configurations with Ansible, GitLab, and related tools.
• Develop automation frameworks in Python/Go for dynamic provisioning and stress-testing.
