Job summary

System Dynamics (SDC) is seeking a lead engineer to drive architecture and platform ownership across OCI compute, databases, and networked infrastructure for a diverse set of cloud customers. You will serve as a hands-on leader, mentoring engineers while shaping the technical direction of the platform.

The role emphasizes raising the engineering floor through modern tooling, automated testing, CI pipelines, and rigorous code reviews, enabling scalable, resilient deployments across customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering as the key decision maker on architecture, infrastructure, and releases while being a player-coach in the code and infrastructure.
• Own the platform including OCI compute and databases, site-to-site VPNs, patching, backups, and DR across a dozen cloud customers.
• Raise the engineering floor by introducing Git, automated testing, CI, code review, and AI tools to a team that has not used them yet.
